We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
Shipping and Handling Rates
We offer a different options for shipment with different rate and delivery time. Please select the preferred option at the check-out.
Orders may be delivered by UPS, Fedex, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or any other mail service.
Order delivered timeframe is to be considered as estimate and can differ from actual delivery time due to reason related to the delivery provider.
Order delivered timeframe and cost for special sales event (like pre-sale) can differ from standard sale.
Shipping and handling charges are per shipping address. Orders that qualify for free shipping and handling will receive free shipping and handling for all addresses. Please allow up to two additional weeks for delivery of any personalized orders.
Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight. In some rare cases, the flat-rate charge may exceed actual shipping costs.
†Free standard shipping and handling is valid for only on qualifying orders. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See table above for shipping and handling details. Free standard shipping and handling will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Orders shipping free to the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via standard shipping and delivered by UPS, Fedex, USPS or any other provider.
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same address or to different addresses), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment, including prorated shipping and handling charges.
Shipping To Canada And Internationally
Our purpose is to be able to serve customers all over the world so we do ship internationally. Rates and delivery time will be quoted case by case. Please write to us to ask information for international shipment and rates.
U.S. Return and Exchange Policy
LI BRIZZI gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Request of refund or exchange of merchandise purchased by check must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. All monogrammed, personalized, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
All international orders are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged. Eligibility for return will be evaluated case by case. Please write to us to ask information for international return.
